We offer free shipping to all addresses within the European Union.  

Unt!tled. garments and items are made with passion, love and care especially for you. Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 9 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched the average delivery times are approx. 3 to 5 business days within the EU.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after you have received it, for any reason and without any justification.

If you return an order, please indicate the reason for your decision to send your Unt!tled. garment or item back. This information really matters to us … because your opinion matters to us as we are constantly trying to improve and learn.

If you return a garment because you need a different size, please just place another order. To avoid unnecessary packaging and shipping costs and bearing in mind that the garment is especially made for you after you have placed the order, please check our size guide which will help you to pick your perfect fit.

Any products returned must be in the same condition in which you received them; unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase. For reasons of hygiene please wear your underwear when trying on bikini bottoms.

As soon as we receive the returned products, we will send you an email to confirm. You will receive your refund within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank, to the same payment method you used to purchase.
